Inspired By A Rodent On A Bag
I was sitting here thinking there’s nothing, really, I want to write about today. I’ve listened to T. Rex, the Zombies and Jimmy Webb albums today, but nothing really got me to excited.
Then my 6-year old dropped this on my desk.
Of course! It’s Ground Hog’s Day. We need to eat Humble Pie and trim the Ground Hog Tree while listening to 30 Days In The Hole!
Thirty Days In The Hole
Hot N’ Nasty
You’re So Good For Me
Sweet Peace And Time

Thanks for the slices of Humble Pie..
I was lucky enough to see them live back in the 70′s opening for Ten Years After at The A Forum..
Frampton was still in the band..They kicked ass..They came back for 2 or 3 on-chores(sp?)..Kind of unheard of back then
for a opening band..I’d seen Alvin Lee before but,had never heard of Humble Pie before..
They were a big & pleasant surprise that night..
Also,I’m pretty sure that they recorded “I Don’t Need No Doctor”that night for that big live album(Rockin the Filmore)..
Now I know the album is called Rockin the Filmore but, inside the liner notes says some tracks recorded at The LA Forum..
And,unless Steve Marriott yelled “We’ve Had A Gas this Time,we’ve really had a gas”before playing “Don’t need No Doctor”at another
show,I was there Baby !
Thanks again for the music..
