Dedicated To John Edwards, Hard Lovin’ Man

From an out of print Japanese import of his Glad to Be Here album (from 1982), here’s an ultra-rare track from Chic bassist Bernard Edwards called Hard Lovin’ Man.

In light of today’s news from the political front, we’re wondering if this would be better suited as the theme song for John Edwards. Could it be that Bernard Edwards was John Edwards love child (or vice versa)? Seriously, you never know about these things.

I’ll dispense with posting the picture of Edwards and his two clam-sell bikini-clad daughters that been circling the internet. I’m snarky but I’m not crass.
